How Our Membership Works:

Step 1: Initial Weight Loss Consultation
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with Lyndsie Ingold, MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director at The Luminary. During this visit, we’ll review your health history, current medications, weight loss goals, and discuss whether medical weight loss is an appropriate option for you. We’ll also review medication options, expectations, and costs.

Step 2: Lab Work & Medication Ordering
If you choose to move forward, we’ll complete a comprehensive bloodwork evaluation and order your prescribed medication. Your first monthly membership payment is collected at this visit.

Step 3: Activation Visit
Once your lab results return and your medication arrives (typically within a few days), you’ll return for your Activation Visit. We’ll review your labs in detail and provide education on medication dosing and injection technique. Injections are self-administered at home.

Investment:

  • $329 - $499 per month, depending on medication

Your monthly membership fee includes all visits, lab work, medication, and injection supplies. No hidden fees.

Your Membership also includes:

  • $50 off each syringe of filler and vial of Sculptra purchased during active membership.
